4/8/25 - Daily Huddles @10am. These are to ensure clear communication and direction for tenants that we take on and what their current demands are.

5/29/25 - All Jazz Tune Ups need to be scheduled out starting mid-late July.
- When scheduling any outbound Home Depot leads, please be sure to
set the campaign as " Outbound Sales - E162"
- Any leads in the Speed to Lead excel sheet can be "stolen" after first contact. If you see a lead has not been contacted since the first attempt, feel free to set it to your name, and add additional notes that you called too (do not remove previous notes)
-Current bounty started for Jazz Sales- goal for tomorrow, 05/30, is 25 appointments total! At 20 calls we receive pizza, and at 25 we receive sandwiches.
5/30/25 - Starting today please send ALL messages that would have been sent to chats like phonebooth/permits/spam/ and any other chats to the CSR Watchtower! James and I will then forward them to the correct department. Any messages to management also need to be sent here. Please @ both James and I in every message that needs to be sent over, and we will acknowledge once it has been done. If you have any questions, please ask James or me- for after reg hours our closers will @ Daniel Mora from 3:30-7pm weekdays. Weekends, please continue to @ me and James
-Instead of booking 10+ out, lets book any DIAGS 10+, 15+ same day, 4- 6. even if csr sees we have something sooner, even if its a call at 8am,lets book it for 4-6 and ask if theyre open to early arrival, pls add the notes if they are or not available sooner, and then we can move them up as we see fit instead of trying to book someone out far and then calling to move up, it would be easier to book same day since regardless were gonna run it that day
- Starting today we are to waive diagnostic fee's for 10+ system diagnostic appointments! This will help avoid cancellations and increase chances at booking :)
06/02/25 - Ravi created a new <10 Diags tag. Please utilize when scheduling HVAC diagnostic visits for systems less than 10 years old.

- We have added Day 4 and Day 5 to the excel sheet. Please begin calling old leads from day 4 as we've just learned most old leads were being called back but not updated on the sheet for "Day 2 CSR "Dropdown". Please be sure to update your name on each day as you go back through the existing leads. We are now self assigning and adding to the notes too. Once we've made our final call that is when you update the outcome to "No Answer".
- Anyone open to working overtime outbounding will receive a $25 gift card :)
06/05/2025- New Bounty for MSI was hit today! We needed to fill the board for Friday 06/06 and Monday 06/09. Our current next available is Tuesday 06/10. :) Lunch is being ordered for making goal tomorrow on Jesse!
- NEW Sales goal for Jazz for the month of June is 30 Appointments a day!
-Moving forward, per Jeremy, only Melissa, Cristina, and Jackie are authorized to add Sales Area tags ; ex- South Bay Sales Call, North Bay.. Oroville Sales Call etc.
06/09/2025 - Starting Today next available for AC Tune Up Jazz UNDER 10 YEARS needs to be scheduled out past July 21st. Use capacity planning when scheduling these out. Any appointments under 10 scheduled before then will be forwarded over to the csr who scheduled to be moved out to the correct next available date.
06/10/2025 - The HD Retail Tracker (excel sheet list) has been updated to include both Jazz and Derek Sawyer in one, with a row showing which tenant it is for. When we book appointments, please be sure to use the "Portal Updated" section to determine if a booked appointment was entered in the Home Depot Portal.
06/11/2025-When Speed to Lead calls come in please be sure to transfer over to Sabryn if its Jazz, or Jailynne if its Derek Sawyer. If they aren't available then please make sure you are updating the Marketing Campaign to say where the call actually came from.

- Be sure to enter "Lead Dismissed" on the SF Digital Lead Tracker if the customer is no longer interested in services.
- Going forward everyone needs to leave notes for every call they receive Click "Close and Classify" at the bottom of the Call page after calling out for HD Leads.
Then click the Call Reason and enter notes for what happened during the call. Then discard and close.
06/17/2025 - We have a new spiff for Jazz- same day or next day HVAC Estimate bookings are $3 per appointment. Be sure to add these to your Spiff Cards!

- New Procedure page has been added to the website for HD Retail! Important note: Call for customer should be done 2 times, then a third time later on in the day.
07/07/2025 - When calling out form the HD Retail List we are now leaving voicemails. Please be sure to use the voicemail script located on this website.
07/09/2025 - For HVAC Diagnostic appointments we have THIS note on the job summary when the job is being created that will appear that shows if we have availability for same day or next day if the system is 10+ years- PLEASE do not push out a Diag a week away if they say it is 10+ years or "Very Old" these are PRIOIRTY juicy calls we want to go out to ASAP- if we do not have this highlighted section appearing then we are fulllly booked which means you guys will need to send in a message to ask us when we can go out.
