Outbound Scripts and Text Message Responses

After every outbound call we leave a voicemail, send a text, and send an email. Make sure to be careful when switching between tenants to ensure you are sending the right messages! Feel free to make the voicemail your own with time- but be sure to include all required call back information as well as your name!

Also be sure to double call- sometimes our calls are marked as Spam even for long time customers. If the first call is not answered hang up before leaving a voicemail- and call again. We want to make sure we reach the customer!
