When signing up customers for memberships please be sure to ask how many systems they have in the home. The membership fee is per system.

For Example:

1 AC and 1 Furnace = 1 System (1 Membership!)

2 AC and 2 Furnace = 2 Systems (2 Memberships!)

If a customer has two furnaces in the home but only one AC, this still counts as two systems.

For Example:

​

2 AC and 1 Furnace = 2 Systems 
1 AC and 2 Furnaces = 2 Systems

The customer MUST sign up for all systems in the home if there is multiple. If the customer only signs up for one system this can make scheduling future appointments difficult. We would have to differentiate which system exactly has the membership and which don't, for scheduling diags (quoting waived fees), tune-ups and providing discounts for repairs. To avoid this, we advise to the customer we need to sign up all systems in the home for the membership plan. 



Jazz Membership Plan includes 3 Visits - One AC, One Furnace, and One Plumbing (Electrical Coming Soon!) 

Derek Sawyer's Membership Plan includes 2 Visits- One AC and One Furnace 

These are consistent regardless of how many systems they have in the home. Multiple systems/ memberships does NOT mean additional visits.

2 AC and 2 Furnaces = 3 Visits with Jazz OR 2 Visits with Sawyers

2AC and 1 Furnace = 3 Visits with Jazz OR 2 Visits with Sawyers
