Spiffs are given to incentivize outbounding and selling memberships. For memberships, spiffs will be paid on the following weeks payroll. For outbound spiffs, spiffs will be paid out when the job is scheduled, and on the following weeks payroll
 

Spiffs Tracked by Jazz 
 

Memberships - For each membership sold, $10 is paid out and a $1 a month for every recurring month they stay a member.
 

Booked Call Spiff :

• 0-45 calls booked = $1 a call!

• 46-60 calls booked = $3 a call!!

• 61 and above booked = $5 a call!!!

 

 

Team - If a customer is returning a call from another CSR to sign up for or renew their membership, be a good teammate and put them down in the "Sold By" box section for the membership so they get that money! It's only fair and would be what you would want done for you. 

$10 for $10K- if an HVAC estimate you scheduled is sold and the price is over 10,000 you will receive a $10 spiff 

Spiffs to Track on Sheets 

Any same day plumbing is a $5 spiffs for Jazz (Diagnostic/Maintenance appointments only, no warranty)

Cross Bookings is a $10 spiff. This means the customer called in for one service, and you offered service from another department and scheduled this visit too. ex; Customer called for HVAC and csr offered plumbing services, customer also scheduled plumbing.
