We WILL go to Millbrae. We will NOT go to Mount Shasta. We WILL go to Redding and Red Bluff/ surrounding areas on Tuesdays and Thursdays ONLY for existing customers within warranty with us only. NO new customer in these areas.

Plumbing - Sacramento Plumbing is ONLY for Jazz Members. We will not go to Turlock, Fresno, Los Banos, Newman. If a customer calls in from Derek Sawyer requesting plumbing service we must confirm if they are located within Jazz plumbing service area

If a call comes in through Derek Sawyers for a plumbing issue- confirm they are within Jazz' Service Area and it is a service we offer, then advise, "Unfortunately Derek Sawyers does not offer plumbing services but we can have our sister company Jazz Heating Cooling and Plumbing head out there for a free plumbing quote."
