Holdings
When scheduling appointments, we do not assign to technicians or plumbers. We schedule based on capacity planning and assign the appointment according to which Job Type it is.
This is the "Holdings Bucket" where you can find the scheduled appointment in the Dispatch tab on Service Titan. Scheduled meetings for our techs/plumbers/ Comfort Advisors will block off the required timeframes. Once booked on a Holding, our dispatch department will assign/ route as needed. The ONLY time we schedule outside of the Holding Bucket is if we are told directly by a member of management or the dispatch department to assign to a specific tech or plumber.
We do not assign Comfort Advisors.
